With the warm weather in full swing, our cravings for fresh, summery foods are stronger than ever. We love to keep the fridge stocked with healthy, refreshing snacks like delicious guacamole , or a zesty pico de gallo. Both dips are perfect for simple snacking with tortilla chips, but the best part is they can double as toppings for tacos, fajita, and even burgers (hello grilling season!).
We dove into the summer mood with some easy-to-make, but incredibly tasty, chicken tacos using the guacamole and pico de gallo as a base. These two super simple recipes make use of the same base of fresh ingredients, making them easy to make at the same time, just swapping out the main portion of avocado and tomato’s respectively.
