Returns
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us for return instructions. Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order or making your purchase for store credit. We offer store credit on most unused products, both online and in-store (exclusions below). We do not offer refunds.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Furniture (including chairs and mirrors)
- Sale and clearance items
- Special orders
- Holiday items
- Shipping and handling fees
Store Credit: Once we receive your returned items, you will receive store credit in the form of a gift card. This credit never expires and can be used on future purchases.
Return Conditions:
- Items must be unused, in the same condition, and in original packaging.
- Bedding and towels must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. Opened bedding cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.
Damaged Items:
- Any damages must be reported via email within 7 days of delivery.
- Returns for items damaged due to misuse or mishandling are not accepted.
