How to get your order?
Complimentary In-store Pick-up:
If you live within the Toronto, you have the option to select "In-Store Pick Up", which is free of charge. You will be notified by email once your order is ready to be collected from the store. We will try our best to have your order ready within 24 hours after purchase.
Standard Items Shipping in Canada (Excludes Furniture, Mirrors and Larger Items):
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation to your email with your order number. Most products ship from our Queen St shop in Toronto. For these orders, a tracking # will be sent to you via email once the order ships. We do our best to have them packed and shipped within 1-3 business days from the initial order date.*
*orders placed during sales and promotions will be subject to a longer processing and shipping time.
Most orders will be delivered in 3-9 business days from the date your order is shipped.

Furniture, Mirrors, Lamps and Larger items:
For our custom - made to order Sofas and Beds the white glove delivery is complementary.
For orders that need special handling and/or a bigger vehicle to be delivered. Once the order is placed and confirmed, the delivery method can not be changed.

If you live outside of Toronto, please contact us at hello@soccoliving.com for a custom shipping quote and to confirm that we are able to ship to your location prior to ordering.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
- Damaged or Lost Packages: In the rare event that your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at hello@soccoliving.com with your order details. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
- Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages that are stolen after delivery. Please ensure a secure location for your deliveries.
